The personal data that the User provides through the contact channels available on the Website (WhatsApp, email or booking via Calendly) will be processed for the following purposes:
- Handling enquiries, requests and session bookings.
- Managing the professional relationship between Carmen Bereiter and the User.

The legal basis that legitimises the processing of the User's personal data is:

Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any liabilities that may arise from that purpose and from the processing of the data.

No data will be transferred to third parties, except by legal obligation. However, when the User uses third-party services to make contact (WhatsApp, Calendly), their data will be processed by the providers of those platforms in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

- Withdrawal of consent at any time.

7. Cookie Policy
This Website does not use its own or third-party cookies for analytical, advertising or tracking purposes. Nor are any tools used to analyse User behaviour (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).
The typefaces (Fraunces and Geist Sans) are served locally from the server itself, without connecting to external CDNs.
If the User decides to visit an external link (WhatsApp, Calendly), those platforms may use their own cookies in accordance with their respective policies.
8. Security measures
Carmen Bereiter has adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, in line with the state of technology and the nature of the data processed.
9. Changes to the privacy policy
Carmen Bereiter reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments. In such cases, any changes introduced will be announced on the Website with reasonable notice before they take effect.
